The fear of never settling down

I will spare your the details of how hard of a period it is when moving, relocating etc. It’s basically understandable, no matter who you are. What most people don’t realise is the effect of constantly being on the road.

Remember the association between overdose and the side effect? Well this can relate. It’s called “Tropophobia” and it has many names, such as “fear of moving” or “fear of change”. The state is that people are afraid of the unknown, contrary to that we all posses sense of curiosity – humanity’s greatest strength and greatest weakness. Assurance is what we are after and it can take all kinds of forms, but is not always there when needed. That is where money intervenes. Sure, the first thing we would think of is hiring the cheapest removals London or get a friend to help out.

What good does all that, when you never feel like home, no matter where you go. My advice on how to defeat fear is simple. Stop where you are and think! Why am I doing this? Is it really necessary? Is it going to do me better or not? If not then seize the foolishness. If yes, keep on going.”I have to go trough everything again? When will this end?” Bingo. There it is – the problematic feeling. What it represents, in general, is the doubt in your inner self. Here is a way to fight it. Go back, think about the old times, what you have been trough and where you currently stand. Trigger old memories of positive experiences with friends or family. These will be the places, where you should think about settling.

One more thing to consider. Perhaps those memories are not so pleasant. The way to to come clean is finding a place, that has absolutely nothing in common with the previous ones. Get home removals London to help out with the luggage. Most importantly – forgive yourself for everything that has happened, but do not forget. No regrets!
